Atturo Az 800

Atturo Az 800

The Atturo AZ800 is an affordable ultra-high performance tyre designed for SUV, sport and light trucks. It comes with a distinctive directional tread called the SRG or Sloped Radius Gradient pattern and an aggressive sidewall that ensures outstanding wet traction while preventing uneven wear. Its tread is made up of extra-hard carbon black mixed with all-season silica which improves handling, cornering grip and overall tyre stability. Atturo is constructed by Federal Tyres which is why the AZ800 offers excellent traction and long tread life, just like the durable drifting tyres Federal is known for worldwide. Extra sipes around the tread prevent hydroplaning as well as give superior grip on light snow and ice, though this is not an exact winter tyre. Additional rim protectors have also been included to protect against accidental damage from curbs, potholes and road debris.

Why This Tyre?

Compare and Rate Your Tyre on its Treadwear, Traction, and Temperature

tyre-size

440 A A

•  440 Treadwear:
This grade represents the tyre's expected life/duration, ranging between 100 to 1000. Usually, the higher the treadwear rating, the longer the tyre life.

•  A Traction:
This grade represents the tyre's capability to stop on wet asphalt and pavement. Ratings are expressed in letter form, with A being the highest and C as the lowest.

•  A Temperature:
This grade represents the tyre's heat resistance ability, with A as the highest and C as the lowest. Heat build-up causes the rubber to break down faster, which can cause blowouts. The higher the temperature rating, the longer the tyre life and the higher the speed rating.

The Atturo Az 800 is an Asymmetrical Tyre

tyre-size

Asymmetrical tread patterns combine different tread types to deliver maximum wet and dry road grip via its inner and middle tread, while outside, larger and rigid tread blocks dominate the design to improve cornering.

To avoid fitting mistakes, asymmetrical tyres are labelled "outside" and "inside only" so you know if they will face your vehicle or out.
