I replaced my Bridgestone Dueler ATs with these as i wanted to compare the two. Quite a different tyre as it turns out. Yokohama feels much more like a grippy road tyre, where as Bridgestone definitely feels more like a truck tyre. Durability and wear i dont know yet, but i am leaning towards Bridgestone. Grip On road wet and dry Yokohama is superior. Grip Off Road Wet and Dry Yokohama is superior. Road noise Yokohama is superior, almost quiet. Fuel economy Yokohama is actually BAD. average has gone from 10.8 to 11.2 l/100km, not happy about this?

Such an easy ordering process. Fast delivery. Very competitive pricing. These Geolander All Terrain tyres are the best we've ever owned. 60,000 + kms on our Grand Voyager and still had tread on them. So we had to get another complete set and will use our old ones as good spares. Would absolutely recommend.

On and off road (rock sand and mud) these tires have performed great. They have only lost traction once tender full breaking load (breakers locked up) down hill in extremely heavy rain with a fully loaded trailer in toe. Once I began letting off the brakes and allowing them to turn again they bit in strait away and saved my and my partners bacon. As for off road they are great I’ve not had any issues they are perfect for general use as good as they are off road on the highway it’s like driving on highway specific tires.

These tyres are great, Inevitably I've lost a small degree of dry road grip (expected), but not as much as I was actually expecting overall. These tyres can still corner pretty hard before they start to chirp. The most obvious difference has been twofold: going over holes/speed-bumps in the road is noticeably stiffer, no doubt due to the extra strength of the sidewalls, and there's been a slight dip in fuel economy (only 1 litre/100km over the whole tank), again because these tyres are slightly heavier than my OEM tyres. These are not show-stoppers and wouldn't influence any thought of not buying these tyres again. Having only done limited off-roading with them thus far (just a handful of dirt roads), they are certainly sticker in those conditions than my OEM wheels (again, expected), but as COVID wears on, hopefully a chance comes up to do some proper off-roading (including beaches) to really test these tyres soon.

After breaking these in a bit, I have come to love these tyres. They aren't too expensive, and handle quite well in the wet weather we have here in Queensland, both on and off road. They are also great for noise levels, as my previous tyres were quite noticeable at 80kmh+, but these only really start making noise at 105kmh on highways. They also have a better climbing ability than my previous tyres allowing me to go up loose terrain in 2wd, rather than having to go to 4wd like my previous tyres, which had a more aggressive tread pattern. They also handled towing a car trailer with an old V8 Holden much nicer, as they kept my car a bit more stable, resulting in the trailer also being more stable. Have yet to do extreme off road driving with these yet, but seeing how they have handled what I have thrown at them so far, I don't see any real issues

Performing well. Too early to tell ware rate on the Santa Fe but was very good on a previous car.

Yokohama Geolandar AT G015 UTQG 600 A B

Compare and Rate Your Tyre on its Treadwear, Traction, and Temperature

tyre-size

600 A B

•  600 Treadwear:
This grade represents the tyre's expected life/duration, ranging between 100 to 1000. Usually, the higher the treadwear rating, the longer the tyre life.

•  A Traction:
This grade represents the tyre's capability to stop on wet asphalt and pavement. Ratings are expressed in letter form, with AA being the highest and C as the lowest.

•  B Temperature:
This grade represents the tyre's heat resistance ability, with A as the highest and C as the lowest. Heat build-up causes the rubber to break down faster, which can cause blowouts. The higher the temperature rating, the longer the tyre life and the higher the speed rating.

The Yokohama Geolandar AT G015 is an Asymmetrical Tyre

tyre-size

Asymmetrical tread patterns combine different tread types to deliver maximum wet and dry road grip via its inner and middle tread, while outside, larger and rigid tread blocks dominate the design to improve cornering.

To avoid fitting mistakes, asymmetrical tyres are labelled "outside" and "inside only" so you know if they will face your vehicle or out.

Yokohama OEM Tyres
